Guidelines

Cabins / Cottages

• Please add 14.975% tax + $1.50 per night.
• Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival (Bedding is not supplied for cabin lofts); housekeeping services are limited.
• Kitchen utensils are NOT provided.
• Guests arriving without reservations are accommodated on a space-available basis.
• Room rate is per day.
• All cottages and cabins are non-smoking.
• No pets permitted.
• A minimum service fee $50 is charged, plus any damages, for pets or smoking inside cabins and cottages.
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is prior to 11:00 a.m.
• Discount park admission tickets for Worlds of Fun Village guests are available at the Registration Desk.

RV Sites

• Please add 7.475% tax per night.
• RV occupancy is six people; please add $2 per night for each addition guest.
• Pets are permitted on RV sites for free.  Please clean up after pets and keep them leashed.  
• First night's site and tax are charged immediately to the credit card given at the time of reservation.
• No tent camping permitted, either individually or in conjunction with RV sites.
• Cars, minivans and cargo vans are not adequate accommodations for the RV sites; guests must have a truck camper, conversion van, motor home, pop-up camper, fifth wheel or travel trailer to register.
• All sites include hookups for electricity (20/30/50 amp), water, sewer, and TV hookups with premium channels.
• Ground fires are not permitted.
• Specific site locations and numbers may be requested, but are not guaranteed.
• Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. Check-out time is prior to 12:00 p.m.
• Discount park admission tickets for Worlds of Fun Village guests are available
  at the Registration Desk.

Deposit

A deposit of the first night's unit/site rate plus tax are charged immediately to your credit card at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours in advance: A $25 cancellation fee is charged for each unit/site reservation cancelled more than 72 hours prior to check-in date. You will be refunded the balance of your deposit.
• Less than 72 hours in advance:  The entire first night’s room and tax is forfeited for each unit/site reservation cancelled less than 72 hours prior to check-in date. 

General Information

• A credit card is required at check in regardless of method of payment.
• MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, American Express, and money orders accepted for advance payment.  Cash also accepted at check in. 
• Minors are not permitted to register.
• Reservations not accepted without deposit.
• Anyone wishing to enter Worlds of Fun or Oceans of Fun must purchase a ticket.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
• Prices and tax subject to change without notice.
• Guests must be 21 years of age to register.

Verifying Information

Upon receipt of your confirmation letter, please review dates, and dates of stay; room type; room quantity and special requests. Although the we work very hard to honor them, special requests are not guaranteed.
