SEASON PASS PROCESSING

Congratulations on on your 2012 season pass!  We look forward to providing you with a great season of entertainment and benefits.  Please be careful with your voucher--it cannot be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or damaged.

Processing Your Season Pass

Prior to entering the park, you will need to process your season pass voucher into an actual season pass card.  This can be done at the Worlds of Fun or Oceans of Fun Season Pass Processing Centers located at the front gate of each park during hours of operation.  In order to avoid waiting in line, we strongly recommend that you process your season pass at Worlds of Fun prior to the park opening on April 14.  The Worlds of Fun Processing Center is open:

March 26 - April 13

• Friday - Monday, 12pm - 5pm
• Closed Sunday, April 8th in recognition of the Easter holiday

April 14 - May 7

• During park operating hours
• During non-operating days, Friday - Monday, 12pm - 5pm

May 8 - October 28

• During park operating hours

If your season pass includes parking (Gold or Platinum passes) or you purchased an add-on Parking pass online, please be prepared to pay for parking at the Toll Plaza on your first visit.  If you present your receipt to the Season Pass Processing Center, you will be refunded.  This will only occur on your first visit prior to processing your voucher if the park is open when you arrive.

A Few Other Notes

• Season pass vouchers must be redeemed in person so that we can take your picture.  Your season pass cannot be used by any other individual.
• We reserve the right to be closed to the public and season pass holders for private events
• Season passes do not include extra charge attractions at the park
• If you purchase a Platinum season pass with us, you must process it in person at the park before it can be used at other Cedar Fair parks.
• Season passes are non-refundable
