- Children under 12 should always be accompanied by an adult.
- A lifejacket is required for anyone who is less than 48" tall in bare feet or is an inexperienced or non-swimmer.
- Height requirements and regulations on all rides are strictly enforced for the safety of our guests. For more information please consult the Rider Safety Guide available at Guest Relations.

- Please leave cans, glass and other breakable items in your car.
- All guests are asked to take showers in the bathhouse prior to entering swimming areas.
- Cut-off jeans or swimwear with any type of metal attachments or rivets which could damage slides may not be worn.
- It is recommended that jewelry and eyeglasses not be worn down water slides.
- Running and diving at Oceans of Fun are strictly prohibited.
- Please obey Oceans of Fun's water safety personnel at all times and observe park rules.
- In the event of inclement weather, the water attractions may be closed until conditions permit safe operation. Oceans of Fun does not offer rain checks or refunds.
- Personal paging is not permitted. We suggest you set a meeting place and time for your departure before entering the park.
- Oceans of Fun does not permit food or beverages to be taken into the park. Guests are welcome to bring picnic lunches and enjoy them outside the park near the front gate.
- Guests wishing to visit Worlds of Fun on the same day may present their Oceans of Fun parking receipt at the Worlds of Fun Toll Plaza to park without charge.
- T-shirts may not be worn at Diamond Head and Typhooon.
- Castaway Cove is reserved for adults 21 years of age or older. Legal proof of age is required for admittance.
- The Rider Safety Guide for guests with disabilities is available at Guest Relations.
- Thong-style swimwear is not allowed.
- Towels are not provided, please bring your own. Anyone needing a beach towel may purchase one at Trader Nick's near the Main Entrance.
- Children who are not potty-trained must wear a swim diaper - No Exceptions.
- Tubes may be rented at George's Tubes and at Toobie Or Not Toobie. You may bring your own inflatable rafts, however, they must be transparent and cannot exceed 6' in length, 3' in width, or 1' thick. Personal tubes should also be free from roping and have an opening in the center. Additionally, kickboards, Styrofoam flotation devices, masks, fins, and snorkels are prohibited.
