GENERAL TIPS

• Guest Relations is located at the Main Entrance to assist guests with check cashing, hotel reservations, directions, messages, etc.
• An ATM is located inside the park at Trader Nick's Gift Shop just inside the Main Entrance.
• Trader Nick's Gift Shop offers a complete line of swimwear, towels, accessories, suntan aids, souvenirs and gifts.
• Lifejackets for adults and children are available free of charge at George's Tubes and at Toobie Or Not Toobie. A lifejacket is required for anyone who is less than 48" tall in bare feet or is an inexperienced or non-swimmer.  
• Tubes may be rented at George's Tubes and at Toobie Or Not Toobie. You may bring your own inflatable rafts, however, they must be transparent and cannot exceed 6' in length, 3' in width, or 1' thick. Personal tubes should also be free from roping and have an opening in the center. Additionally, kickboards, Styrofoam flotation devices, masks, fins, and snorkels are prohibited.
• Towels are not provided, please bring your own. Anyone needing a beach towel may purchase one at Trader Nick's near the Main Entrance. 

HEALTH TIPS

• Wear sandals or other footwear when walking on hot pavement or concrete.
• Wear hats, sunglasses or both to protect you from the sun.
• Apply sunscreen and reapply after swimming.
• Eat a good meal and drink plenty of fluids.
• If you are a non-swimmer or a beginner, always wear a life vest.
• If you become overly tired or distressed, take a few minutes to rest and recuperate.
• Never run through the park.
• You are welcome to stop by the First Aid Station located next to Surf City Wave Pool for medical assistance.

• CoCo Palms Pavilion is the ideal facility for company picnics or events for groups of 40 or more.
