Five Experiences Not to Miss With Your Pre-K Pass

Madalyn Mosbauer

Madalyn is attending Northwest Missouri State pursuing a major in Broadcast Production. When she's not in the park capturing video or finding stories to tell, she's poorly playing video games and making her friends laugh.

Back by popular demand, the Worlds of Fun Pre-K Pass is FREE and includes unlimited visits for kids three to five years old. Registration for the Pre-K Pass has ended for the 2018 season, but if you’ve already registered your child, you have until this Sunday, June 17 to activate your Pre-K Pass. Your child must be present and proof of age is required (original/copy of birth certificate or passport).

With free unlimited visits all year, your child is sure to make some special memories. To help you make the most out of the season, here are five experiences you won’t want to miss!

Planet Snoopy

Planet Snoopy at Worlds of Fun is one of the largest kids’ areas and features 21 attractions for families to enjoy. From their first roller coaster ride on Cosmic Coaster to more tame thrills like Charlie Brown’s Windup and Woodstock Whirlybirds, there’s plenty to see and do. They can even meet and greet their favorites from the PEANUTS gang and enjoy a couple of shows inside the air-conditioned Peanuts Showplace.

Kids Area

Oceans of Fun

Admission to Worlds of Fun includes entry into our conjoined waterpark, Oceans of Fun. This means your child will always have a safe place to cool down this summer. Some popular attractions specially designed for the younger ones include Capitan Kidd’s, which features a double-decker pirate ship and slides, and Paradise Fall, which is full of fountains, slides and a 1,000-gallon tipping bucket that always makes a splash. And don’t worry, there are plenty of lounging options for mom!

Kansas City Waterpark

Dinosaurs Alive!

Take your child on a journey through Dinosaurs Alive!, featuring 35 life-sized dinos that are sure to make a roar. The exhibit presents scenes and stories based on real fossil evidence and gives guests of all ages the opportunity to travel back through time and encounter prehistoric beasts. Entry into Dinosaurs Alive is free for Gold and Pre-K Passholders.

The Great Pumpkin Fest

During the fall, Worlds of Fun holds The Great Pumpkin Fest, a daytime, not-so-spooky celebration with tons of activates and décor. Your child will get the chance to find the perfect mini-gourd at Linus’ Great Pumpkin Patch, navigate their way through Peppermint Patty’s Hay Bale Maze and go trick-or-treating in their Halloween costumes.

Kansas City Fall Festival

WinterFest

WinterFest debuted last season, and it was a BIG hit for families. As the Mid-West’s largest holiday celebration event, Worlds of Fun is transformed into a winter wonderland with over 5-million shimmering lights. From extravagant live shows and photo ops with Santa to ice skating and seasonal snacks, this immersive event is sure to get the entire family in the holiday spirit. Not to mention, it snows every night!

Kansas City Christmas Event

Be sure to activate your child’s Pre-K Pass by this Sunday, so you don’t miss out on the season of unlimited fun ahead!
