The top 10 WinterFest Shows at Worlds of Fun

Sharing the world of fun at Worlds of Fun!

As some would say – the best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear. WinterFest does just that, presenting 10 live shows throughout the park with iconic holiday characters and songs that warm the heart and lifts the spirit, they are all a must-see.

Tree Lighting Ceremony

Join Snoopy and the Worlds of Fun Holiday Singers in lighting up our 70-foot tall tree. Every night at 5:30pm this group of 20 singers and dancers will bring joy and cheer to the start of your night’s holiday festivities.

Location: International Plaza

Time: 5:30p

 

Cool Yule Christmas

On the same stage, the cast of Cool Yule Christmas performs your favorite holiday hits in this high-energy Christmas show. Bringing you unbelievable choreography, enhanced by over the top lighting and special effects.

Location: International Plaza

Times: 6p, 7p, 8p, 9p

Charlie Brown’s Christmas Spectacular

Watch as Charlie Brown and all of the PEANUTS gang take stage with 18 singers and dancers for a Christmas Holiday Spectacular.

Location: Tivoli Music Hall

Times: 5:30p, 6:30p, 7:30p, 8:30p, 9:30p

 

The Mistletones

The trio of diva songstresses performs nightly at the Tinsel Town stage, crooning classis tunes like they did in the 1950's. Let these ladies serenade you and take you back to a time when radio was the reigning source of holiday entertainment.

Times: 5:30p, 6:30p, 7:30p, 8:30p, 9:30p

Jingle Jazz

Our group if Dickensian carolers sing a selection of cool Christmas hits for the holidays every night at the Tinsel Town stage. Sit back and relax as the singers harmonize the holiday classics a cappella style.

Location: Front Street Plaza

Times: 5p, 6p, 7p, 8p, 9p

Holly Jolly Trolley

Steer clear of the cable car until it breaks at each “snow” stop where the performers take center stage singing Christmas classics with a unique flair. The Holly Jolly Trolley departs 4 times a night, with both scheduled and impromptu stops throughout WinterFest. Look to find them near Charlie Brown's Christmas Town (aka Planet Snoopy) and Tinsel Town.

Christmas Bluegrass

Wander about and you just might find yourself at the Country Junction stage where your holiday favorites are played like you’ve never heard before. Featuring the band, Old Sound, brings a beautiful acoustic flair to the Christmas classics we all know and love.

Times: 5p, 6p, 7p, 8p, 9p

Tinker’s Toy Factory

All of Santa's elves are frantically preparing for the big night, but Tinker has great concerns over the toys being produced. When a new head elf comes in, Tinker finds himself in a difficult situation. This fun performance in the Moulin Rouge is a perfect stop to warm up and immerse yourself in a world of Tinker and his Christmas discoveries.

Coca-Cola Polar Bear Plaza

Coca-Cola is a rich part of holiday history. Coca-Cola joins Worlds of Fun for WinterFest with vintage holiday images featuring the iconic Coca-Cola Santa. Be sure to spot the almost 30ft tall inflatable Coca-Cola Santa holding an ice cold bottle of Coca-Cola, his favorite drink.

Location: Coasters Patio

 

Sounds of the Nativity

Standing below brightly shining stars, the modest cast performs traditional carols that hearken back to the origins of the Christmas story. Live farm animals, like those found in the stable, will attend the display and further represent the fateful night so long ago.

Location: Africa Plaza

Times: 5:30p to 9:30p
