Lost an item at the park?
Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun utilize the Chargerback Lost and Found system for all lost article reporting. Please follow the steps below and we will do everything we can to reunite you with your item!
Reporting Your Lost Item
If you have lost an item at Worlds of Fun or Oceans of Fun, please follow the steps below to report your item. If your item has been lost on a ride, an immediate search may not be possible.
For your safety, please do not enter restricted areas. You can be seriously injured if you enter any unauthorized area
- If at the park, you may visit Guest Services to fill out a Lost Article Claim Form. The information you provide on the Lost Article Claim Form will be entered into the Chargerback system. Please stop by Guest Services before you leave for the day to inquire if your lost item has been found.
- If not at the park, please use the form below to report your lost item. If you filled out a Lost Article Claim Form at the park, the information has already been entered into Chargerback.
- You will receive an email to complete your lost item report, and your report will be submitted to our Lost and Found Team.
Receiving Your Found Item
- Worlds of Fun will notify you via email if your item may have been found. If a match is made, your email notification will include instructions for how to get your item returned, it can be shipped to your address, picked up in person, or disposed of.
All unclaimed items are disposed of or donated to charity within 2 weeks. Cell Phones are donated to a local charity that removes all personal data before donation.
