The Perfect Fall Side Hustle

Side hustle, hobby, after-school job, extra cash for the holidays – call it what you will, but a job at Worlds of Fun is the perfect work/play combo.

As we prepare for Halloween Haunt, The Great Pumpkin Fest and WinterFest – Worlds of Fun is hiring a variety of positions throughout the park. You must be at least 16 years of age or older to apply. Available positions include:

  • Ride operators
  • Screamsters and Haunt Talent
  • Entertainment Production
  • WinterFest Performer
  • Makeup Artist
  • Food & Beverage
  • Park Services & Security
  • Maintenance

Part time work Kansas City

Once you’ve applied, you are also welcome to visit the park for an in-person interview on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. You do not need to be contacted to attend these open interviews. Just enter through the park’s business entrance and follow the signage to our HR offices.

The Perfect Part-Time Job in Kansas City

From late August through December, the park is primarily open on weekends. This makes working at Worlds of Fun ideal for those looking to earn extra income in a fun-filled environment. Scheduling is flexible and shifts can be planned to accommodate almost any availability – perfect for students, teachers, parents, retirees and part-time job seekers. You have the option to work as many or as few hours as you want.
