Labor Day isn’t just a day where we ironically celebrate the achievements of the American workforce with mattress sales and an extra day off. Labor Day is much more than that. As summer’s unofficial season finale, it gives us a long three-day weekend to soak up the sun, spend time with family and wear the color white. It is the ultimate holiday, and it deserves your appreciation.

Labor Day Events

If you think Labor Day is just another pointless bank holiday (looking at you Columbus Day), then hopefully we can change your mind this year. As the self-declared official Labor Day destination of the Midwest, Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun has a lineup of Labor Day Weekend events to help you celebrate the holiday in style.

Dollar Days

Saturday, September 1 – Monday, September 3

Dollar Days returns this weekend only with incredible deals for just $1. We’re talking food, games and souvenirs for $1 - 100 pennies, 20 nickels, 10 dimes, four quarters, two half dollars, or five pennies, 12 nickels, one dime and one quarter – I think you get it…

Dollar Days includes $1 pizza, fries, mac & cheese, cookies, games, keychains, hats, drinkware, toys and more. Specials run from 11 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or while supplies last. Food items are limited to four per person at a time. For more information and all menu items, click here.

Dolla, dolla bills y’all!
