Military Days and Military Discounts at Worlds of Fun

Our team is proud to offer military appreciation days and military discounts at Worlds of Fun.

Military Days

Worlds of Fun has proudly held Military Days for the past several seasons. Military Days provide complimentary admission for active duty, reserve or retired military members (with honorable or medical discharge) on select days.

Military Days at Worlds of Fun will be held on the following dates during the 2019 season:

  • Armed Forces Day – Saturday, May 18
  • Memorial Day – Monday, May 27
  • Independence Day – Tuesday, July 4
  • Labor Day – Monday, September 2

Military members seeking complimentary admission during Military Days should present their valid government-issued ID at any ticket sales window at the entrances of Worlds of Fun or Oceans of Fun.

Military Discounts Kansas City

In addition to complimentary admission, veterans and active military members have the option to purchase up to six discounted tickets for their immediate family members during the day of their visit at the front gate.

Military Discounts at Worlds of Fun

Military Discounts at Worlds of Fun are also available throughout the season, and just like all tickets, admission into Worlds of Fun also includes entry into our conjoined waterpark, Oceans of Fun.  Military members with a valid government-issued ID can receive admission for $49 when purchasing tickets at the front gate.

Discounts for military worlds of fun

Deeper discounts for military members are available online, so if possible, purchase your tickets in advance. Military discounts at Worlds of Fun for the 2019 season are as follows:

  • $39.99 – April 13 through June 17
    • Includes parking
  • $42.99 – June 17 through August 4
    • Does not include parking
  • $39.99 – August 5 through October 27
    • Includes parking

To redeem military discounts at Worlds of Fun online, select "Buy Now," then select “2019 Military Tickets” from the dropdown menu under “2019 Daily Tickets" and select the date of your visit.
