Looking for flexible and fun jobs in Kansas City? Worlds of Fun is hiring for the 2020 season. We’ve currently deployed a virtual hiring process, which means you can apply and interview remotely.

Worlds of Fun Jobs

With added entertainment offerings and an extended schedule that runs through December, there have never been so many opportunities at Worlds of Fun. From seasoned professionals to first-time jobseekers, there’s something to match everyone’s interest, schedule and personality.

New this year, we’ve increased our pay rate for various positions throughout the park and added more leadership positions, development opportunities, paid training and employee events.

In addition to our new incentives, Worlds of Fun features a bevy of attractive benefits that include flexible scheduling, scholarships, park discounts and free admission. Featured opportunities include positions in our foods department, ride operations and lifeguarding/aquatics.

Virtual Hiring Process

Step One

The first thing you need to do is apply online at worldsoffun.jobs. You can also apply by texting “FUN” to 97211. After you’ve applied, we’ll reach out to conduct a phone interview.

Step Two

If you are selected for a position, you will receive a verbal offer and next steps will be completed via email. Your start date will be determined after you’ve accepted your offer.

Step Three

Completing post-offer paperwork and orientation will be completed virtually. You will pick up your uniform, ambassador ID and get scheduled for department training.
