As the summer days turn to fall nights and there’s a slight chill in the air, it can only mean one thing… it is now time for Worlds of Fun to make its annual terrifying transformation into the Midwest's largest Halloween celebration. Overlord's Awakening, frightening Haunted Mazes, monstrous walkthrough Scare Zones, delicious Halloween treats and refreshing beverages await you.

2025 Worlds of Fun Halloween HAUNT Highlights
HAUNT will be returning its most popular attractions, including: Blood on the Bayou (Haunted Maze), CornStalkers (Scare Zone), a re-imagined Mr. Tickle’s Last Laff (nighttime live show), Haunted Homecoming (daytime and nighttime live show), and more.
Tricks and Treats will also return to Worlds of Fun this year with a trick or treat and haybale trails for the little ones, Skelebration Dance Party, costume contest (for children 10 years or younger), and tons of activities that are fun for all ages.

Tips to conquer Halloween HAUNT
Are you ready to brave the night? With horrors lurking in foggy corners and scary haunts awaiting you, here are some tips and tricks to make the most out of your visit to Worlds of Fun this spooky season.
- Don’t like to be scared? Enjoy Tricks and Treats Daytime Fall Family Activities: If you're looking for family fun without the fright, Tricks and Treats is the perfect place for you. From candy-filled haybale trails and dancing skeletons to costume contests and pumpkin crafts, there's spooky (but not scary) fun for everyone.

- Halloween Haunt Dates and Times: Halloween HAUNT at Worlds of Fun is open on select nights through November 1 starting at 6p.m. The Tricks and Treats daytime activities are scheduled 12-5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Save yourself some time with a Haunted Attractions Express Pass: With 10 Haunted Mazes and Scare Zones, five nighttime shows, and various daytime offerings (not to mention over 40 rides and attractions), getting unlimited priority access to the Haunted Mazes will allow you to experience everything the park has to offer. Two separate passes are not required to skip lines at Haunt attractions. Fright Lane and Fast Lane are one in the same and are completely unlimited during HAUNT. - Try the newest food and beverage offerings around the park: From the fan-favorite Pizza Burger to our warm and gooey peanut butter Skillet Cookie, there are options for all Ghosts, Ghouls, Witches and Wizards.

- Take a night ride on your favorite coaster: Longtime Worlds of Fun guests know that when the sun goes down, the thrill level goes up. View the lit-up KC skyline from Mamba, twist and turn through the foggy darkness on Zambezi Zinger, dash through a moonlit forest on Prowler and welcome the night on Timber Wolf.

Worlds of Fun Chaperone Policy
For the safety of our guests and associates, all guests 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old to be admitted into Worlds of Fun and to remain in the park from open to close.
One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than five (5) guests ages 17 or younger. In addition, the chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain on park property during the group’s visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay. Guests ages 17 years old or younger who are found inside the park unaccompanied by a chaperone will be subject to ejection.
